Jiminny Privacy Policy
Protecting the privacy of individuals on the Internet is critical to the future of the Internet-based economy and the transition to a true Internet economy. With this privacy policy we want to show that we are committed to every individual's right to privacy. This privacy policy describes our handling of information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual ("personal data").
This privacy policy applies to the tool “Jiminny Pro tool” (Tool) provided by SPORTFIVE UK Ltd. ("SPORTFIVE", "We" or "Us"), via which SPORTFIVE is able to record video calls (Call Recordings), generate transcripts of these Call Recordings (Transcripts) and summaries (Call Summaries). This privacy policy is available in different languages. In the event of inconsistencies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
SPORTFIVE is an agency specialising in marketing advertising rights on behalf of rights holders in the sports industry, consulting brands in the field of brand activation and connecting brands and rights holders.

Use of tool by you
If we are in a (potential) business relationship and plan to invite you to a video call via MS Teams we like to use the Tool to for a Call Recording.
Prior to any such call, the Tool will issue the following “Pre-Call Email”:
“By clicking on the “Join call with recording” button, you expressly agree to the meeting being recorded. With your kind permission, we would like to record this meeting to automate our note-taking and for training/quality purposes. We may also use this data to identify any future potential opportunities to work with you. It’s how we learn and grow. All recordings are kept confidential.
In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you have rights over your data, including a right of access, rectification, deletion and objection to the use of the recording. You may exercise these rights at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
We will not record the meeting without your consent. If you would prefer the meeting to not be recorded, please click “Join call without recording” or inform us before the start of the meeting.

Only if you click the “Join call without recording” button we will record the respective call enabling us to generate a Transcript and / or Call Summary.

Recordings of calls: 6 months
Transcripts of Calls: 12 months
Host Analysis (including number of questions asked, pace of speech etc.): 12 months
Select recordings of calls hosted by teams other than France for training purposes: 3 years
Automated Call Summaries: Indefinitely
If statutory retention obligations exist, until the end of the retention periods.

There is no data transfer to countries outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
As the data subject, you have the following rights:

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
